REFUND POLICY
We accept complaints about quality of products and request for refund within first 14 days from the date of receiving of the package.
We make refunds in next cases:
- Product is broken or spilled during delivery.
- Product is spoiled.
- Package is lost (i.e. order is not delivered within 70 days from the date of the payment).
Please contact us if you have any questions or issues concerning your order and we will do our best to help you.
RETURN POLICY
- Customer may return order within 14 days from the date of receiving of the order if products were not opened and were not in use.
- Customer is responsible to pay for return delivery.
- We charge 30% commission fee for returned products.
- Refund will be made within 14 days after receiving of the returned order.

CUSTOMS TAXES, SALES TAX AND VAT
We do our best to avoid any taxes for our customers. We always declare low cost on the package and mark every package as present. Also we split orders over 2 kg in few packages. It helps to avoid taxes.
However pay attention:
- Cost of the products and total sum of the order doesn't include customs taxes, sales tax and VAT.
- Customers from the USA (except customers from Florida who pay via PayPal) don't need to pay any taxes if order is less than $800 USD.
- Customers from Florida who pay via PayPal have to pay additional 8% sales tax.
- Customers from the EU have to pay customs taxes and VAT according to local laws.
- Customs duties, sales tax and VAT for EU customers depend on the fiscal policy of the receiving country.

CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY
- Customer is responsible to carefully check shopping cart (products and their quantity) before placing order.
- Customer is responsible to write correct shipping address on checkout page and carefully check it before placing order.
- Customer understands and agree that order can't be changed or cancelled after payment or shipping .
- In case if customer would like to cancel paid order that is not shipped yet, customer is responsible to pay 10% cancelation fee.
- Customer is responsible to contact us if tracking number and instruction how to track package will not be received within 5 days from the date of the payment.
- Customer is responsible to contact us if order will not be received within 30 days from the date of the payment. In this case will will make request to postal company. It helps to deliver package faster.
- Customer is responsible to track package with the help of tracking number and receive order when package will arrive to postal unit.

SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITY
- We guarantee that all products listed on www.kodi.us are genuine and original.
- We guarantee to ship order within 1-5 days from the date of the payment.
- We guarantee to send tracking number and information how to track package within 1-5 days from the date of the payment.
- We guarantee that order will be delivered. Otherwise we are responsible to return 100% of total sum of the order.
- We guarantee to provide fair and honest service.
